In addition to controlling several functions on JVC remote
control TVs, the VCR's remote control can control these
functions on the TV brands listed below.

NOTE:
Depending on the kind of TV, there may be cases where some
or all functions cannot be operated using the remote control.
Turn the TV's power off using its remote control.
Set the remote control's TV/CABLE/VCR switch to TV.
SET TV BRAND CODE
Refer to the chart below. While holding down POWER,
enter your TV's brand code using the NUMBER keys,
then press STOP.
You don't have to repeat this step until you replace
your remote control's batteries.
If you enter the code for PANASONIC 1 and you
can't operate your TV, try entering the code for
PANASONIC 2.
TRY OPERATING TV
Press POWER on the remote to turn on the TV's power.
If it comes on, try other operations.
The POWER, TV/VIDEO, CH 5 ∞, VOL +/– and
NUMBER keys on the remote can all be used to
operate the TV. *Depending on the brand, the TV
channel may not change unless you press ENTER
after having pressed the NUMBER keys.
To return the remote to VCR control, set the TV/
CABLE/VCR switch to VCR.
