Bevor Du Deine my little BABY born® schwimmen läßt, binde Ihre Haare zu einem Zopf, so dass Du die Schwimmbrille
noch gut aufsetzen kannst. Bewege den Kopf der Puppe zur Seite und bringe ihre Arme in eine Kraulposition. Gebe
die Puppe vorsichtig, mit dem Bauch voraus, ins Wasser. Sobald das Wasser mit den Sensoren am Bauch in Berührung
kommt, bewegt my little BABY born® Arme und Beine im Wasser. Lass die Puppe los und sie wird alleine schwimmen!
Sobald die Puppe aus dem Wasser genommen wird, hört sie auf zu schwimmen.
Achtung! Bitte die Informationen zur Trocknung unter „Wichtige Hinweise:" beachten.

instructions for use carefully before using the product for the first time and retain the packaging for future reference.
Important Information:
• Be aware of supervising your child.
• By following these instructions carefully you can ensure that playing with the product is problem-free and that it has
a long life.
• Use only original accessories as otherwise we cannot guarantee the functionality of components.
• To be used under the direct supervision of an adult.
• Caution: Do not use the product as a floatation device!
• Bathe the doll only in clear water or in water with standard commercial bath additives.
• After bathing, rinse the doll with clean water.
• Do not use any care products like baby cream, baby lotion or baby powder on the product.
• After water play, rinse the doll with clean water. Then let water drain from opening on the back and dry the doll
thoroughly with a towel.
• After playing, the wet hair of the doll must be thoroughly dried to prevent moisture from getting into the head.
• After playing it is advisable to leave the doll in a well ventilated area to dry thoroughly.
• Do not leave the product near an electrical source or apparatus when wet.
• Do not leave the doll in direct sunlight for any length of time.
• The toy is to be operated in water only when fully assembled in accordance with the instructions.
All about batteries/rechargeable batteries
• Use alkaline batteries for best performance and longer life.
• Use only the battery type recommended for the unit.
• Batteries must only be replaced by an adult.
• Insert batteries with the correct polarity (+ and -).
• Do not mix different types of batteries or old and new batteries.
• Do not short-circuit batteries.
• Do not mix rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries.
• Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before charging.
• Rechargeable batteries are to be recharged only under adult supervision.
• When the product is not used for an extended time, we recommend removing batteries to prevent possible leakage
and damage to the unit.
• If moisture gets into the battery compartment, dry with a cloth.
• Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the toy and taken to special waste collection point.

Preparation

Insertion of batteries should be done by an adult as follows: (Fig. 1)
1. Use a screwdriver to open the battery compartment.
2. Insert the 3 X 1.5V AAA (LR03) batteries. Please check if the polarity is correct.
3. Screw the cover of the battery compartment back on again.

Function

Before you start the waterplay with your my little BABY born® please style her a ponytail and put on her Swim Goggles.
Move the doll's head to the side and outstretch the arms in a crawling pose. Gently place the doll into the water –
tummy first. As soon as the water touches sensors on the tummy, my little BABY born® will move the arms and legs in
the water. Let go of the doll and it will swim by itself! As soon as the doll is taken out of water, it stops swimming.
Attention! Please consult the information for drying under note: "Important Information".
Disposal according to WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive)
All products marked with a crossed out wheeled bin cannot be disposed of in unsorted municipal waste. Their
collection must be done separately. Return and collection systems in Europe should be organized by collection
and recycling organizations. WEEE-products can be disposed of free of charge at the appropriate collection points.
The reason for this is to protect the environment and human health due to the potential effects of the presence of
hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
