DogCare Smart Pet Clipper PC01 FAQs

1. The clipper will not charge.

a. Check that the household electrics are on—test by plugging in another appliance.
b. Check that the outlet is working—test the clipper in a different outlet.
c. If using a USB adapter to connect to the power outlet, check that the adapter is 5V/1A.
d. Check the cable for signs of damage. If damaged, stop using and replace the cable (email
customer support team).

2. The running time is too short.

a. Make sure that the clipper is fully charged before each use. Refer to

perform clipping, which will shorten the running time of the clipper. Your clipper keeps track of

3. The clipper will not switch on.

The clipper is to be used cordlessly. It will not turn on while being charged.

4. The clipper will not switch off.

The clipper is switched off by turning the sliding switch to the 0 position.

5. Clipper stops working or has no display.

a. Fully charge the clipper. Refer to

operating temperature range or if the blades become blocked.

6. There is no speed difference between modes.

a. Change modes as follows:
i.
Turn the sliding switch to the 1 position to switch to Quiet mode.
ii.
Turn the sliding switch to the 2 position to switch to Turbo mode. Press the SMART
button in either Quiet or Turbo mode to switch to Smart mode.
iii.
Press the SMART button when in Smart mode to exit Smart mode and return to the
previous mode.
b. The Smart mode automatically adjusts speed only upon detecting the hair condition of the current
clipping area. The speed under Smart mode may have no difference to Quiet mode if the clipper
is not actually clipping.
c. If your pet's hair is extremely fine and sparse, the speed under Smart mode may have no
difference to Quiet mode.
