1. NONO BE (Model: AB01) Features
a. The AB01 Bark Control Collar features an LED light bar and two buttons on the top of
the unit which control the on/off function and the modes for vibration or static.
2. Fitting the Bark Collar to your Dog.
a. First, to avoid any inadvertent shock, make sure the battery is not installed.
b. Place the bark control collar on your dog's neck and center the contact points
underneath their neck.
c. The contact points should be touching the skin. If your dog has a thick undercoat you
may need to separate the fur to make sure that both electrodes are touching their skin.
d. Check the tightness of the collar by inserting one finger between the end of the contact
point and your dog's neck. The fit should be snug but not constricting.
e. Recheck. Allow your dog to wear the collar for a few minutes and then recheck the fit.
3. What size dogs will it fit?
a. Our bark collar is recommended for dogs weighing more than 15 pounds with neck
circumference between 8 to 22 inches. The product is suitable for medium and large dogs,
but can be used on some small dogs.
4. Trimming the collar.
a. If the nylon belt is too long you can cut off the excess and then seal the edge by applying
a flame to the cut area. (Be sure to first remove the collar from your dog).
b. Be sure to allow for growth if your dog is young or grows a thicker coat in the winter.
5. ON/OFF Button
a. On the top of the collar press the power switch button for 1 second and release. When
the unit turns on the LED light will flash blue.
b. The vibration mode (blue) is the default for first time use.
6. Battery
a. It uses 6V Alkaline battery or 4LR44 6V battery.
b. The battery compartment is on the back of the collar, and you can easily
pry open the battery cover at the groove.
7. Bark Control Modes
a. The bark control collar has two modes. Vibration and Static.

- Page 2 b. To choose the desired mode press the Mode button on the top of the collar. For vibration mode the LED light will flash blue. For the static mode the LED light will flash red. c. When there is no barking the collar will automatically enter the standby mode and the light will flash either blue or red every 25 seconds depending on which mode has been chosen.
- Page 3 12. The collar works when my dog is not barking. It beeps/vibrates when my dog moves. a. The strap may have loosened. When your dog moves the unit may be tapping on his neck and causing the sensor to activate. Tighten the strap and make sure the prongs have good contact with their skin.
- Page 4 and will continue their attempts to bark. This usually occurs during the second week that a dog wears the bark control collar. If this occurs, remain consistent and do not alter your use of the bark control collar. You must place the collar on your dog in every situation when you expect them to be quiet. If your dog is not wearing the bark control collar, they may resume barking and their learning would suffer a setback.
