Removing Collected Water
(continued)
NOTE:
1. Screw the hose onto the drainage connector of the unit directly or through the drainage adapter, continuous drainage option
will automatically start.
2. Check the seal between the hose and the drainage adapter. If there is a small leak then replace the hose gasket and re-tighten
the hose.
3. It is recommended that a Dehumidifier Drain Hose - 11/16" (17.5 mm) or larger be used.
4. When applying continuous drainage option, place dehumidifier on a horizontal surface and make sure garden hose is clear
of any obstructions and directed downward. Improper installation or use of hose may result in water filling up the bucket
and causing the unit to shut off. Empty water bucket if shut-off occurs, then check dehumidifier location and hose for
proper installation.(fig.10)
5. To quit continuous drainage option and collect water using the bucket, you need to remove the garden hose and take out
draingage joint to avoid leakage, then put the drain cover back.
