Solving Sound Problems

If there is no sound or the volume is too low, try the following steps until the
problem is solved.
a Adjust the projector's volume settings using the
the remote control.
If you have adjusted the volume for your streaming media player
using the remote control for the streaming media player, you
may also need to adjust the volume again.

Check the cable connection between the projector and your video
source.
c Check the following settings on the projector:
• Press the button on the remote control to resume video and
audio if they were temporarily stopped.
d Check the following settings on your video equipment:
• Check your streaming media player or video source to make sure the
volume is turned up and the audio output is set for the correct
source.
• Set the connected device to PCM output.
• When you are connecting the projector to a Mac using an HDMI
cable, make sure your Mac supports audio through the HDMI port.
