High Limit Thermostat (Gas)

Opens at 308° + - 8°F
Closes at 248° + - 12°F

Gas High Limit Thermostat Removal
1. Disconnect power from the unit .
2. Remove the drum.
See Drum Removal on page 35.
3. Remove the high limit thermostat wires.
4. Remove the two 1/4 in. hex screws that hold the
high limit thermostat to the heater housing.
Inlet Thermostat (Gas)
See Gas Inlet Thermostat Location on page 44.
Operating Voltage: 240 VAC
Opens at 260° + - 6°F
Closes at 221° + - 10°F
Label Color: Orange
Gas Inlet Thermostat Removal
1. Disconnect power from the unit .
2. Remove the drum.
See Drum Removal on page 35.
3. Remove the inlet thermostat wires.
4. Remove the two 1/4 in. hex screws that hold the
inlet thermostat to the heater housing.
Outlet Thermostat (Gas)
See Gas Outlet Thermostat Location on page 17.
Operating Voltage: 240 VAC
Closes at 155° + - 5°F
Opens at 165° + - 5°F
Label Color: Blue
Gas Outlet Thermostat Removal
1. Disconnect power from the unit .
2. Remove the drum.
See Drum Removal on page 35.
3. Remove the outlet thermostat wires.
4. Remove the two 1/4 in. hex screws that hold the
outlet thermostat to the blower housing.
