1. Make sure your radio is turned OFF.
2. Plug the micro-USB cable into the micro-USB charging port on your radio. Connect the
other end of the AC/DC adapter to wall power outlet.
3. The battery LCD icon will move to indicate the battery is charging.
Turning ON and OFF the radio:
1. Press and hold the [ ] key to turn your radio ON/OFF.
2. The LCD shows the current channel, the code and all features enabled.
Setting the volume:
1. Press [▲] key to increase the volume. Press [▼] key to decrease it.

RECEIVING AND TRANSMITTING:

To communicate, all PMR-446 radios in your group must be set to the same channel and
the same code.
1. To talk, press and hold the [PTT] key. When transmitting, the

1. Press and hold the [MENU] key until the channel number starts to flash.
2. Press [▲] or [▼] key to change the channel number. Press the [PTT] key to exit menu.
