Guidelines for Installing the Vehicle Mounting Bracket The 5020 vehicle mounting bracket is designed to be installed on a vertical or horizontal surface on a vehicle, such as a forklift truck, or in an office setting, such as a desk.

To install your 5020 vehicle mounting bracket 1. Install the adapter plate on a mounting surface. 2. Attach the 5020 mounting bracket to the adapter plate. 3. Connect the cables (powered kit only). 4. Insert the 5020 in the vehicle mounting bracket.

5020 Vehicle Mounting Bracket Installation Guide To attach the adapter plate to the swivel stand 1. Orient the adapter plate as shown. 2. Attach the adapter plate to the swivel stand with a screw and nut (included in the swivel stand kit) through each of the four holes in the adapter plate and the swivel stand.

2. Place the 5020 mounting bracket on the adapter plate so that the four fixed screws on the adapter plate fit in the four holes on the 5020 mounting bracket. 3. Attach the 5020 mounting bracket to the adapter plate with a nut over each of the four fixed screws.
5020 Vehicle Mounting Bracket Installation Guide Connecting the Cables If you are installing the powered 5020 vehicle mounting bracket, you can connect to a power supply and a serial device such as a printer. Power supply connector The powered bracket can be connected to either a DC or AC power supply. The power supply accessories are sold separately.
