Safety Precautions:
It is necessary to follow these safety precautions, each time, prior to using the product.
The Safety Precautions are not limited to, but must include the following items;
1. Do not use the blower for anything other than its intended use.
2. Do not wear loose clothing that can become entangled in operating machinery. Do not operate the blower without
inlet or outlet grilles in place.
3. Do not place fingers or any other object through inlet or outlet grilles.
4. To prevent exhaust fumes from being pulled into the blower intake, never run the engine in an enclosed area and
always position the blower intake into the wind.
5. Always be sure to shut down the engine and extinguish all smoking materials before filling the fuel tank.
6. Always be sure to fill the fuel tank outdoors or in a well ventilated area. Never start the engine if the fuel has been
spilled until the spill has evaporated and there is no longer smell of gas fumes.
7. Never store or use gasoline within 50 feet of anything which may produce a spark or flame.
8. Ensure that toxic fumes are not blown into a confined space.
9. Never use this blower in any explosive environment.
10. Do not leave blower operating while unattended.
! CAUTION ! - Be sure the blower has been shut down and the spark plug wire has been dis-
connected before doing any maintenance or repair work on the blower.
!
! CAUTION ! - Check all fluid levels prior to operating the blower. Refer to engine manual for
fluid types and required amounts.
! CAUTION ! - The engine of this unit has been modified with a stop on the throttle lever.
Removal of this stop may lead to an "overspeed" condition of the blower, which may cause
damage to the blower wheel and/or housing and could result in injury.
