    F2ME.EPROSEYYXXX 1.1. Fields of use Free2Move eSolutions S.p.A. declines all liability for any damage whatsoever due to incorrect or careless action. The equipment may not be used for any purpose other than the one it is intended to fulfil. The equipment must not be used by inexperienced personnel or even by expert professionals if the equipment undergoes operations that do not comply with this manual and accompanying documentation.

    Move via a Bluetooth connection. When running the app for the first time, users are asked to provide personal details to register and create a Free2Move eSolutions account. Personal data and profile settings can be changed in-app.

    2.1. Pairing between eProWallbox Move and app The app authenticates and pairs via a QR Code, linking eProWallbox Move to the owner’s user account. This pairing enables all remote features, such as data collection, display and analysis, as well as seamless customer support.

    TURNING ON EPROWALLBOX MOVE The device does not have start/stop buttons.     Ensure the electric vehicle is compatible with the product’s technical features.  Do not use adapters or extensions not specified by Free2Move eSolutions S.p.A. as they may  damage the product and create safety hazards for the user. eProWallbox Move must only be used according to the operating parameters specified and at an ambient temperature between -25 ºC and 50 ºC.

    5.2. How to start charging (without authentication) If eProWallbox Move is configured with Autostart Operating Mode as the default setting, the following operations must be performed: eProWallbox Move is ready for charging when the LED is BLUE. Insert the plug of the charging cable into the available socket on the device, until it is fully engaged.

    5.3. How to charge with authentication Charging can be accessed via app if the Authentication Operating Mode is selected. Proceed as per the instructions provided in the previous point, until the cable is inserted (step 3). Start remotely via app. Charge the vehicle. When charging is complete or the charging process needs to be stopped, the user can stop the charging process via app to allow the socket to be unlocked and end the charging session.

    MAINTENANCE Before carrying out any maintenance work, turn the power supply of the device off, and disconnect it from the electric vehicle. Only qualified personnel can open the eProWallbox Move and carry out operations on the components. The user does not need to maintain any parts of the eProWallbox Move. A damaged or defective appliance must not be used in any way, but must immediately be replaced or repaired by qualified professionals, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
