Turn the Temperature Regulator
clockwise to a medium setting.

The Green Indicator Light will light
up and remain lit until the appliance
is switched off at the mains.

Press the Freezer Switch to activate
the fast-freeze function (Yellow Indi-
cator Light will illuminate) and leave
to run for 4 hours to allow the cor-
rect temperature to be reached be-
fore placing food inside.
