Mi arriva tensione 10,5 volt,alimentazione 380 volt ,ma il ventilatore non parte, c'è un modo per farli partire visto che su 4 ne funziona solo 1 grazie

    Fan has integrated NFC/RFID tag, based on ISO/IEC 15693, that can be used for advanced custom fan functionality configuration. NFC/RFID tag is located as shown in the figure below. Before using NFC/RFID, the aluminium cover must be removed. Please see Hidria Fan App manual for more information.

    Ensure that the fan is switched off from the supply mains before removing the guard. Fan has integrated NFC/RFID tag, based on ISO/IEC 15693, that can be used for fan functionality configuration. Please see Hidria Fan App manual for more information.
