The ice it makes melts really fast. Is there a way to make it colder so that the ice doesn't melt as soon as it's made?

To make the ice colder in the Silonn SLIM01G1 and prevent it from melting quickly, ensure the water temperature is not too low before starting, as low water temperature can slow ice production. Additionally, use the larger cube size setting if available, as larger cubes melt more slowly than smaller or hollow ones. Regular cleaning and descaling also help maintain optimal performance.

There's a massive amount of mildew in the very back of the unit which the cleaning cycle doesn't reach, and I can't find a way to reach it by hand either. How do I fix this issue?
