6. TESTING
The Sentinel EFI can be fully tested by injecting test current though the current sensor. A
test procedure is suggested below.
1. Connect the device to mains voltage for at least 5 minutes to charge the supply.
2. Inject 40 A for 1 second. The device should not trip.
3. Inject 60 A for at least 50 ms. The device should trip.
4. Apply mains voltage for 10 seconds. The device should reset.
