    This warranty is made to the original user at the original installation site and is not transferable. Hussmann merchandisers are warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of original installation (not to exceed fifteen (15) months from the date of shipment for the factory).
