Chapter 9. Cell Types

This chapter describes editing customizable cell type parameters to assist with declustering of clumpy cell lines. In
addition, it lists all cell types included in the built-in Nexcelom Cell Library.

EDITING CELL TYPES

Cell types can be modified to meet your requirements using parameters available on the Cell Type Screen.

Cell Type Screen

1 Cell Type Name – Identifies name given to the cell type.
2 Detailed Description – Contains cell type description.
3 Save as New Cell Type – Saves changes to parameter settings as new cell type.
4 Lock from Future Editing – Locks parameter settings so they cannot be modified.
5 Minimum – Indicates minimum cell diameter to be counted.
