These cases have sliding back door that can remove
and to put on easily. To insert the door you should
be positioned in the superior rails and to move up,
later to be placed in the inferior rail so that it is in
REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
Description
All Merchandisers are equipped with a hermetic
compressor. The refrigeration system works with
134a refrigerant. It is really important not to change
or mix refrigerants during service. If another
refrigerant than the specified is used, the
performance of the case will be affected.
The refrigerant used is CFC free, that means it
does not damage the stratosphere ozone layer.
The condenser is fin and tube construction. The air
is taken in at one side of the cabinet through the
lower grill and discharged out by the opposite side.
The cooling is completed by circulation of air
through the superior evaporator. Front – back
Defrosting Instructions
To avoid the evaporator from freeze up the cases
NAV-4, NAVC-4, NAV-6 & NAVC-6 have a
mechanic defrost timer that is programmed to the
compressor work 23 hrs. and 1 Hr. in defrost.
For NAV-8, AND NAVC-8, the defrost length is
100 minutes.
To change the program of the timer, you should
remove the grill and spin knob of timer in clockwise
to start the defrost.
It is recommend to program the clock to defrost the
evaporator during the night.
