Dale Tiffany 6065/445 Assembly Instructions

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Item No: 6065/445
1. Place the base on a level surface
2. Insert the bulbs into the bulb sockets (A)
3. Screw the threaded rod (B) into the base.
4. Adjust the Knurl Nut (C) on the threaded rod (B).
This can be used to raise the shade
a little if necessary.
5. Place the shade (D) over the end of the
threaded rod (B) and tighten with the finial (E) securing the
shade (D) in place.
Uses (2) Maximum 60WATT Type "A" Bulb
Or (2) maximum 13Watt CFL bulb
(Bulbs not included)

Cleaning of your lamp

Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.
