Your BonsenKitchen vacuum sealer model VS3004 may not be vacuuming due to the following reasons:

1. Power Issues – Check if the power cord is plugged in properly and if the power socket is functioning. Ensure the power plug is in good contact with the outlet.
2. Damaged Power Cord – Inspect the power cord for any damage. If damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified person.
3. Improper Use – Ensure you are using the correct mode for vacuuming (Dry or Moist) and that the machine is in standby when pressing the button.
4. Bag Positioning – Make sure the vacuum bag is correctly placed in the vacuum chamber. If not properly positioned, the machine may not be able to vacuum effectively.
5. Vacuum Chamber Cleanliness – Check if there is any food residue or liquid in the vacuum chamber that may be affecting suction. Clean and dry the chamber before use.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, further inspection or contacting customer service may be necessary.
