5. Insert the end of the wet/dry vac hose into the connection port on the tank cover (Fig. 5).
6. Verify that the switch of the vacuum cleaner is in the 'O' OFF position before plugging the power
cord into the power outlet. Plug the power cord into the outlet (Fig. 6 & 7).
7. Turn on the vacuum cleaner by flipping the switch to the 'I' ON position and use the aluminum
wand to collect the ash (Fig. 8).

EMPTYING THE ASH TANK CONTAINER
WARNING:
BEFORE REMOVING THE POWER HEAD FROM COLLECTION TANK.
1. Verify that the power cord is disconnected from the outlet (Fig. 1).
2. Disconnect the hose from the vacuum (Fig. 2).
3. Disconnect the wet/dry vac hose and the ash tank hose from the connection ports on top of the
tank cover (Fig. 3).
4. Undo the latches and remove the tank cover from the tank (Fig. 4). Place tank cover on a soft,
clean surface upside down.
5. Empty and clean the tank after every use. Use water to clean the tank and allow to dry before
using again (Fig. 5).
Do not use cleaning agents or solvents. Never use combustible cleaning agents.
