Bluetooth™ Section
The MX622BT is capable of receiving streaming audio over Bluetooth™ from devices such as
smartphones and laptops. Pairing your device with the MX622BT is simple and gives you the freedom
to play your music wirelessly.
1. Pairing / Bluetooth™ Pair Button. When the Pair Button is pressed for 4sec, the Bluetooth™ audio
connection is available for pairing. After pressing the Pair Button, go to the Bluetooth™ menu on
your streaming audio device. You will see a device named "MX622Bt_vx". Select this device to
initiate pairing. Once you see the "MX622Bt_vx" device connected, you will be able to stream audio
to the MX622BT.
2. Disconnecting the paired device requires the pairing button to be pressed twice in one sequence.
The blue LED will not light once the paired unit has been disconnected. Then the LED will resume
blinking slowly to be paired again.
3. Bluetooth™ Status Indicator. The blue status indicator alerts the user to the current status of the
Bluetooth™ connection. A fast-blinking light indicates an available, unpaired connection. Constant
steady Blue light means there is an active connection. No light means that Bluetooth™ is disabled
or a connection has been lost.
4. Bluetooth™ Level Control. Use this control to set the audio level for the Bluetooth™ connection.
Level can also be controlled directly at your streaming device.
The MX622BT Bluetooth™ operating range is rated for 30 meters (100 feet) line of sight. The quality
of the link can be affected by an excess of traffic in the 2.4GHz band or structures between the
streaming device and the MX622BT unit.

Limited Warranty (USA only)

Applied Research and Technology will provide warranty and service for this unit in accordance with
the following warrants:
Applied Research and Technology, (ART) warrants to the original purchaser that this product and the
components thereof will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three years
from the date of purchase. Applied Research and Technology will, without charge, repair or replace,
at its option, defective product or component parts upon prepaid delivery to the factory service
department or authorized service center, accompanied by proof of purchase date in the form of a valid
sales receipt.
