Procedures to activate in the case failure codes are visualised on the
display:
1. with this type of failure, check that the sensor have no
interference with other sensors connected to the same unit or
with other photocells present in the nearby area; check
whether the unit recovers normal operation by pressing
RESTART; in case the failure is not eliminated, the unit
cannot be used and it is necessary to call the producer.
2. this type of failure means that the unit cannot be used and it
is necessary to call the producer.
3. check the correct wiring among the output terminals of
emitters TEST_TXn and the relevant input of receiver
PNP_OUT_RXn; these terminals must be connected each in
case they are not used with a pair of photocells; check
whether the unit recovers normal operation by pressing
RESTART; in case the failure is not eliminated, the unit
cannot be used..
4. check that the outer lamp is not blown, otherwise call the
producer (to replace the fuse, follow the instruction on
paragraph 10).
5. check the correct wiring and sensor positioning for muting
activation.
Indirect discharge with 6kV or direct discharge with 8kV may cause
influence to the 7-segment display and the output relays may open;
this situation does not compromises the safety functioning of the
barrier.

Procedure da attivare nel caso in cui siano visualizzate codifiche di
guasto sul display:
1. con questo tipo di guasto verificare che i sensori non
subiscano interferenze con altri collegati alla stessa unità, o
con altre fotocellule presenti nelle vicinanze; verificare quindi
se l'unità recupera il normale funzionamento con la pressione
del tasto RESTART; nel caso persista l'anomalia l'unità non
può essere utilizzata ed occorre contattare il costruttore.
2. questo tipo di guasto indica che l'unità non può essere
utilizzata, ed occorre contattare il costruttore.
3. verificare il corretto cablaggio tra i morsetti
trasmettitori TEST_TXn e il relativo ingresso del ricevitore
PNP_OUT_RXn; questi morsetti devono essere collegati tra
loro nel caso non vengano utilizzati con una coppia di
fotocellule; verificare quindi se l'unità recupera il normale
funzionamento con la pressione del tasto RESTART; nel
caso persista l'anomalia l'unità non può essere utilizzata.
4. verificare che la lampada esterna non sia, in caso contrario
contattare il costruttore.
5. verificare il corretto cablaggio e posizionamento dei sensori
per l'attivazione del muting.
Scariche elettrostatiche dirette di 6 kV o indirette di 8kV possono
provocare la segnalazione di codifiche casuali sul display ed i relè
potrebbero essere aperti; questa condizione non pregiudica il
funzionamento in sicurezza della barriera.
