Testing Main Control Board
The main control board sends and receives signals from components throughout the unit. The
diagram above shows all the wires connected to the control board and which component they belong
to. Always verify for physical damage or loose connections before continuing to check continuity,
voltage, etc. If physical damage is observed, replace the component or repair the wire if needed.
If a unit has no power, always remember to check the power outlet to verify incoming 208/240 AC
voltage and the power supply. The control board is powered by the 12V DC given by the power supply.
• If incoming AC voltage from the wall or outgoing DC from the power supply are not present,
further troubleshooting is required with the components.
• If the oven will not power on and the incoming 12V DC from the power supply has been
verified, the control board is faulty and will need to be replaced.
