Safety Instructions

ATTENTION!
The warranty will be void in the event of damage
caused by failure to observe
these safety instructions! We do not assume any
liability for any consequen-tial damage!
ATTENTION!
Nor do we assume any liability for material and
personal damage caused by
improper use or non-compliance with the safety
instructions! The warranty will be void in such cases!
• The product is constructed according to protection class II.
• The product is not a toy and must be kept out of the reach of children. Be spe-cially
careful if children are around. Children cannot see the danger arising from incorrect
use of electrical devices. Children might try to push objects through the product
openings, for example. There is a risk of a life-threatening electric shock!
• Furthermore, there is a high risk of injuries from the hot surfaces! Install the product
so that it cannot be reached by children.
• Do not carelessly leave the packaging material lying around since this may be-come a
dangerous toy for children.
• Handle the product with care, it can be damaged by impacts, blows, or accidental
drops, even from a low height.
• The product may only be used in dry, closed interiors, it must not get damp or wet!
Never set the product up in the direct vicinity of a bathroom, a shower or a bathing tub
or the like! There is a danger to life through an electric shock!
• Never place the heater directly underneath a wall socket.
• Choose an appropriate location. It must be sturdy, big enough, level, stable and far
away from in fl ammable materials and items (e.g. curtains, furniture, doors, etc.).
Maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 m.
• The heater is only suitable for placement on a horizontal, level, even and suf-fi ciently
big surface (e.g, fl oor).
• The product must not be exposed to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight or strong
vibrations.
• Never place the heater on an unstable or movable surface. Always place the heater in
such a way that it cannot tilt or topple over.
