    Frame Loader: User’s Guide DERIVATIVE COMMAND BOX Emergency stop This small box is fixed on the side of the loader. It is derived from the central control box of the uncapping machine. Speed inversor OPERATING PRINCIPLE Connect the unit to the power supply. Press the power button.

    Frame Loader: User’s Guide MAINTENANCE CAUTION : Disconnect the machine from the power supply before any maintenance operation. Be sure to protect the electrical parts of the unit when cleaning. It is possible for the chain to slacken after several hours of use. To tighten it, loosen the pinion bolts on both sides of the machine and then tighten the two nuts until sufficient tension is achieved.

Problem Possible solutions - Check that the machine is well plugged in. - Check the power supply state (power failure). The machine does not start - Check that the stop switch is unlocked.
