Frame Loader: User’s Guide The loader for the Alpha Plus and Delta uncapping Technical Definition machines makes easy loading possible. It allows you to load efficiently and quickly frames with no Total Length : 900 mm direct manipulation. Frame Loader: User’s Guide DERIVATIVE COMMAND BOX Emergency stop This small box is fixed on the side of the loader. It is derived from the central control box of the uncapping machine. Speed inversor OPERATING PRINCIPLE Connect the unit to the power supply. Press the power button.

(see deboxer manual) The frames are then held in place by the flaps positioned on each side of the loader (see photo below).

Frame Loader: User’s Guide MAINTENANCE CAUTION : Disconnect the machine from the power supply before any maintenance operation. Be sure to protect the electrical parts of the unit when cleaning. It is possible for the chain to slacken after several hours of use. To tighten it, loosen the pinion bolts on both sides of the machine and then tighten the two nuts until sufficient tension is achieved.
Frame Loader: User’s Guide Frequent Questions CAUTION : Unplug the machine before any maintenance operation. Problem Possible solutions - Check that the machine is well plugged in. - Check the power supply state (power failure). The machine does not start - Check that the stop switch is unlocked.
