Hélimel : User’s Guide OPERATING PRINCIPLE The Helimel is equipped with a stainless steel screw (1) allowing the cold crystallized honey to be skinned. Thanks to this scraping, the honey becomes viscous and can then be melted quickly to obtain a liquid honey or be refined by a mixer to become creamy, fine and grain-free. -

Hélimel : User’s Guide USAGE GUIDE Connect to the power supply. Switch on the unit by pressing the button (2) provided for this purpose: an indicator lamp (3) lights up. Press the ON push-button (4): the ON indicator light (5) should come on. If it does not light up, unplug the appliance and reverse two phases in the power plug (the appliance is equipped with a phase direction controller). - Page 6 To stop the machine, operate the STOP switch (14) then unlock it by turning it slightly to the right and press the ON push button (4). The Helimel is equipped with a pendulum safety system (15) which stops the machine in the event of intense effort or a badly strapped drum.

Take care not to damage the electrical parts of the machine when cleaning. Clean with hot water. The Helimel is a seasonal equipment but must operate regularly throughout the year (at least a few minutes per month when empty). Store preferably in a dry room. -
