- Page 2 Variable speed minifuge: User’s Guide The "minifugeuse" centrifuge with variable speed Technical Definition control performs 2 functions on its own, namely drying the lids and filtering the honey at low Stainless-steel speed. To do so, loosen the screw (A) and then turn the arrow (B) to the "open padlock" position. This prevents the machine from being started and allows the lid to be opened in the event of a power failure or faulty safety.
