    Double walled matuing tank : User’s Guide OPERATING PRINCIPLES Totally made of stainless steel, the double oil bath tank is equipped with a sloped flat base (2) allowing a perfect evacuation of the honey via an outlet 40/49 located in the bottom of the appliance. In order not to alter the quality of the honey, it is entirely made of stainless steel.

Protect electrical appliances when cleaning. Clean with hot water. The maturing tank is a seasonal equipment but must work regularly throughout the year (at least a few seconds per month when empty, but never without oil).
