2. Adjustment of -180V and +80V
2-1 Turn on the power switch of the main unit under the condition that no input signals are received.
2-2 Rotate the volume control of the "-180V ADJ" part in the power unit and make adjustments until the voltage
values attain the state of "specified PDP module voltage value ± 1V" at TP8 (-180V output) and TP7 (GND) in
the power unit.
2-3 Rotate the volume control of the "+80V ADJ" part in the power unit and make adjustments until the voltage
values attain the state of "specified PDP module voltage value ± 1V" at TP5 (+80V output) and TP6 (GND) in
the power unit.
2-4 Using any video signal of VIDEO input, HD/DVD input, or PC/RGB input, try to display a color bar to examine
whether there is deviation in the voltage values adjusted in 2-2 and 2-3 above.
2-5 If any deviation is perceived, make adjustments (fine adjustments) again until the condition of "specified PDP
module voltage value ± 1V" is secured.
3. Adjustment of +5V
3-1 Using any video signal of VIDEO input, HD/DVD input, or PC/RGB input, try to display a color bar.
3-2 Rotate the volume control of the "+5V ADJ" part in the power unit and make adjustments until the voltage
values attain the state of "5.0 ± 0.1V" at TP3 (+5V output) and TP4 (GND) in the power unit.
