Why does my picture look dim and/or sometimes changes brightness
levels?
This TV is equipped with a money saving feature called Eco Navigation.

The TV automatically dims the brightness to save energy. It also puts
the picture in "Standard" mode and enables the C.A.T.S. feature so it
will adjust the picture brightness automatically depending on the rooms
ambient lighting conditions. This mode will also turn the TV power off if no
signal is detected for 10 minutes.
