ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR NG
NG and LP conversion:
A.Change the orifice
B.Connect the natural gas gray pipe
• This kit converts your pizza oven for natural gas use at 7 inch
water column supply pressure. Verify supply pressure with
your local gas company. If supply pressure is different than 7
inch, contact a certified plumber for assistance.
• Placing markings provided in the kit in the appropriate
location on the converted appliance.
Orifice size: NG Main burner=1.52mm, NG Rear burner=1.32mm
Propane Main burner=1.08mm, Propane Rear burner=0.95mm
