    Chapter 1 • • • • System Features This chapter explains some of the system features available on the Iwatsu ILANTX 3100. Account Codes An account code can be assigned to an incoming or outgoing call for tracking purposes. Each account code has three digits with a maximum of 1000 account codes.
  • Page 8 Allows an extension user to place a call on hold under a pre-programmed STORE key and leave it on hold for a pre-defined time. Up to 30 STORE keys can be programmed at an extension. The full complement of STORE keys can only be achieved when using an Iwatsu ilx-5020 IP telephone with an Iwatsu ilx-PKM48 attached.

    Toll Restriction Sets restrictions on long distance and local calling to certain extension users. Voice Mail The ILANTX 3100 includes a complete voice mail system that supports up to 250 mailboxes. Wake-up See Alarm Calls. Who Am I? This feature displays the extension number of the phone on the LCD.

    Caller Messages An extension user can setup the Iwatsu ilx-5822 Softphone to send a message to callers when the user does not want to accept calls from a particular caller or when operating in Auto Answer mode. An extension user can use one of the pre-recorded messages supplied with Iwatsu ilx-5822 Softphone or record their own personal messages.

Recording Calls Extension users can record a call made or received using Iwatsu ilx-5822 Softphone and play back the recording at a later date. Refusing Calls Extension users can setup the Iwatsu ilx-5822 Softphone to refuse to accept calls from individual telephone numbers or all incoming calls, and to send an appropriate message to these callers.
