Assembly STEP 1 : Attach Table Extensions 1. On a flat even surface, put the Main Body (A) upside down. Use a soft barrier between the machine and the surface to prevent scratches i.e. cardboard or rubber mat. 2. Line up the Table Extensions (B), and insert a bolt through the holes marked A & 3.
Assembly STEP 2 : Attach the Extensions Supports 1. With the remaining available holes, line up and insert an Extension Strut (F). Secure this with 1 bolt from the inside edge. 2. Now between the Extension Strut (F) and the Table Extension (B) insert a Support Bracket.
Assembly STEP 3 : Attaching Legs 1. On each corner, locate a Leg (C) using the squares tabs on the main body 2. Secure with Bolts. Ensure the Support brackets on both sides are also secured. Simply pass a bolt through these, and then secure to the main body. 3.
Assembly STEP 4 : Attaching Let Braces 1. With included nuts and bolts, attach Leg Brace (A) to the front and rear pair of the legs. Ensure the Leg Brace is attached on the inside of these edges. 2. Repeat with Leg Brace (B) on the left and right Ensure all nuts and bolts are tight at this stage.
STEP 5 : Installing Fence Rail 1. Do NOT attempt the next step by yourself. 1. With assistance from another person, turn the HYTS1800E over on to it’s feet. 1. Using the nuts and bolts provided, secure the Leg Stabillisers (I).
Assembly STEP 6 : Riving Knife Installation 1. Using a screwdriver, remove the Blade cover. Also wind the Blade Adjustment wheel clockwise to raise the blade completely. 2. Using the spanners provided, loosen the bolt on the Riving Knife Clamp. Insert the Riving knife (G) into the clamp, ensuring a 3mm-5mm gap and tighten.
Assembly STEP 7 : Blade Guard and Extraction Hose 1. Fully loosen the handnut on the Blade Guard (R).Align the handnut on the Blade Guard (R) to the Hole at the top of the Riving Knife (G). Tighten the handnut to secure the Blade Guard (R).
Assembly STEP 8 : Mitre Gauge and Fence Rail 1. Insert the Rip Fence (P) into the Fence Rail (K). Using the indicator on the Rip Fence, align it with “0” on the Fence Rail and secure by pressing the Lever down. 2.
NEVER use sawblades suitable for metal or ceramic cutting. The HYTS1600E is only suitable for wooden sawblade applications. The HYTS1800E comes with a 24 tooth Tungsten Carbide Tipped (TCT) blade. This Saw blade will be proficient in both Rip and Cross cuts, although may be more suited to rip cutting.
Operation Blade Adjustment Blade Height Adjustment – To adjust the working height of the blade, turn the Blade Adjusting Handwheel Clockwise. Turn the Blade Adjusting Handwheel Anti- Clockwise to lower the blade Blade Angle Adjustment – To adjust the angle on the blade, loosen the Bevel Locking Lever.
