- Page 5 INSTALLATION 1.1. Uninstall mounting plate (A) by rotating cap nuts (BB) counterclockwise. Pass all wires through mounting plate (A). Connect the green (ground) wire from the fixture to the green (ground) wire on the mounting plate. Connect the fixture neutral (white) wire to house neutral (white) wire and the fixture black (live) wire to the house black (live) wire. Use provided twist cap connectors (EE) to make all connections.
