Page 2: Pre-Assembly Preparation
PRE-ASSEMBLY PREPARATION Before you start: Choose a clean, level, spacious assembly area. Avoid hard surfaces that may damage the product Take care when lifting. - Page 4 FIT Steel Plates Prepare product as per page 2: Ensure base is upright with holes facing up, lay steel plate (3) over holes with rebated hole facing up, and ensure all 5 holes are visible. Insert bolt (A) thru steel plate (3) from top of base. At threaded end of bolt (A) place washer (C), then take long nut (B) and by hand turn 2-3 times to seat thread correctly at this point do not tighten, Repeat for all other bolts as per diagram 10 in total.
- Page 5 STEP 2: FIT TABLE TOP TO BASE Please note this is a very heavy item and will require 2 reasonably strong people to pick up and place into position. With the help of another person or two remove top from carton. Ensure holes in bottom of table top (1) are facing towards the ground.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE Varieties of materials are used in construction of “Outdoor” furniture ranges. All will require some form of maintenance to extend the life of finishes and general appearance. Onyx Dining Range Construction; Poly + sand + stone powder mixed and poured into a matrix or moulding frame, this produces a panel of required size of 5mm thickness. -
