- Page 5 Assembly for Arcadia 5Pce Lounge. First of all preparation is paramount before you start to assemble. The arms for sofa’s are the same for armchair & 2 seater’s but there is a left & right arm. Suggest you identify which is which and stack separately. To tell the difference note that there is a thread hole on back of arm on inside, that hole indicates which is which, holes face inwards.
- Page 6 Assembly Instructions – Armchair & 2 Seat Sofa –Step 1 Note instruction are them same only 2 pieces are different size, Back Rest & Seat. Start with back rest [C] and seat frame [D]. Join together as indicated in diagram ensure seat covering is facing correctly.

Repeat assembly as previously stated. Ensure a second person is holding frame work during this process. Now turn product that is standing on its feet, have second person help square up and hold in position while you take tool [I] and tighten all bolts, till firm.
- Page 8 PRODUCT CARE & MAINTENANCE Fabric Information Fabrics used in outdoor product are not made of any special type of material; they do however use blends of common materials such as polyester, olefin & acrylic which perform best for intended purpose. These fabrics are not impervious to fading or mould, ensure cushions are always dry and put away when not in use.
- Page 9 Cushions Rotate cushion if possible to share the wear, take in cushions when not in use & stored in a dry area. Should cushions get wet, please hang over chair frame to drip dry completely before using or storing. Cushion and sling fabric fading resulting from general wear and tear or from a failure to comply with these care and maintenance instructions are not covered under the warranty.
