DO NOT attempt somersaults or flips. Paralysis or death can result if you land on your head or neck!
No more than one person on the trampoline at a time. Multiple users increase the risk of injury.
Use trampoline only with mature, knowledgeable adult supervision.
These instructions are important to minimise chances of injury. Please read each of them
thoroughly before you assemble and use this trampoline. Retain this manual for future reference.
Maximum weight of the user shall NOT exceed 165lbs/75kg for this product.
This product is designed for children ages above 6 years.
Do not allow children under 3 years old nearby during assembly. Small parts – choking hazard!
Estimated assembly time: 3 adults, 2 hours.
Domestic and outdoor use only.
Adult supervision required.
Adequate overhead clearance is essential. A minimum of 8 meters from ground level is recommended.
Provide clearance for wires, tree limbs, and other possible hazards. Always ensure the trampoline is on
level ground with a minimum of 2 meters clear space from any structure or obstruction.

Maintenance of Trampoline Enclosure Net, Mat and Pad Enclosure nets and padding are prone to wear and tear like tires on a car.

    STEP 1  Lay the frame tubes on the ground similar to the figure shown below.
  • Page 16 STEP 2  First assemble the leg pieces by connecting Part 5 to Parts 6. DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN THE SCREWS AT THIS STAGE TO ALLOW ROOM FOR ADJUSTMENT OF THE TRAMPOLINE FRAME DURING ASSEMBLY.  Next, connect the assembled leg pieces to Part 1 and Part 2 as shown below. IMPORTANT: MAKE SURE TO FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS AFTER THE ENTIRE TRAMPOLINE FRAME IS ASSEMBLED IN STEP 3.
  • Page 17 STEP 3  Insert Parts 3 and Parts 4 into the corners of the frame. NOTE: The same part numbers need to be placed diagonally opposite each other, otherwise the frame cannot be assembled properly.  Secure all leg tubes (Part 5) to the frame as shown in the enlarged diagram. IMPORTANT: ONCE THE TRAMPOLINE FRAMES IS ASSEMBLED, FULLY TIGHTEN ALL THE SCREWS.

    STEP 4  There are a total of 42 springs, For even distribution of spring tension and ease of assembly, the springs must always be installed on opposite sides of the mat in an alternating manner, i.e. 42, 1, then 21, 22, followed by 9, 10 and 30, 31 as shown in below FIGURE.

  • Page 20 STEP 6  Continue to attach springs as shown below. NOTE: Install the springs on opposite sides in an alternating manner to maintain even tension.

    STEP 8  Place the frame pads on top of the trampoline Parts 15 and 16.  Secure Part 7 to the corner frame tubes as shown in the enlarged diagram.
  • Page 23 STEP 9  Connect and secure together 2 sets of Part 9 with Part 10, and 2 sets of Part 11 with Part 12.  Insert the assembled enclosure frame tubes into the top sleeve of the enclosure netting (Part 17). NOTE: Parts 9 and 10 go into the shorter side of the enclosure netting.
  • Page 24 STEP 10  Insert Part 10 through Part 8.  Secure Part 10 to Part 12.  12 as shown in the enlarged diagram.  Repeat and install all four corners in the same manner.
  • Page 25 STEP 11  Connect Part 8 (Upper Frame Tube with Foam) and Part 7 (Lower Frame Tube with Foam) together using Self Locking Screw A and Small Spring Washer F.
  • Page 26 STEP 12  Use the cords (Part 19) to tie down the enclosure netting to the trampoline frame. Lift the frame pad and tie one end of the cord to the triangle ring on the mat, and lace it continuously through the netting and rings all the way around the trampoline frame ensuring there are no gaps in between.
