Disconnect the power cord to the Pro unit

Take the headset and press & hold the black circle in the silver circle until the white light on

the headset flashes rapidly, then release immediately. You should now see no lights on the headset

as it should be completely turned off.

Put the headset back on the base

Plug the power back into the base

Wait until you have a green battery light on the base before trying the headset.

If the reset is successful and you have an EHS cable (for remote answering from the headset) you'll

likely need to reprogramme the headset to remind it of this...

1. Put the headset on your head.

2. Get the headset in 'set up mode' by pressing the up and down volume controls together until you

hear the headset say SETUP.

3. Press and release (ie a quick press) the circle button on the headset until you hear 'REMOTE CALL

CONTROL'.
