Opening the battery compartment entirely will avoid humidity to remain within the Roger Earpiece C. The wax guard avoids earwax to impair the audio amplifi er.     2.8 Operation with Roger CarKit C 2.8.1 Synchronization On Roger CarKit C, press the Sync button for at least 2 seconds. The sync process lasts about 4-5 seconds. Refer to Roger CarKit C user manual for further informa- tion. After this operation, the Roger Earpiece C and the Roger Covert main unit are synchronized with the Roger CarKit C.
