Hyperspike MA series is powered by 120VAC. Life threatening shock can occur with
improper use.
ALWAYS
• Read all instructions before using the device.
• Read and follow the specific PRECAUTIONS TO AVOID POSSIBLE EXPOSURE TO
EXCESSIVE ACOUSTIC ENERGY.
• Connect this device only to properly grounded outlet.
• Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
NEVER
• Allow untrained personnel to use this device.
• Operate this device if it has a damaged cord or plug.
• Operate if it is not working properly.
• Operate if it has been damaged or dropped.
• Immerse the device or its cord or plug in water.
• Attempt to service the MA Mass Notification system.
All repairs can only be performed by qualified Ultra Electronics - USSI service personnel.
