2-5-4. Lower Case Assembly
1. Remove the upper case assembly. (Refer to Section 2-
5-1.)
2. Remove the front panel assembly. (Refer to Section 2-
5-2.)
3. Remove the rear panel assembly. (Refer to Section 2-
5-3.)
4. Remove the six screws, then remove the lower case
assembly.

5. Attach the lower case assembly in the reverse order of
steps 1 to 4.

2-6. Removal and Installation of Board
2-6-1. AC-214 Board
1. Remove the upper case assembly. (Refer to 2-5-1.)
2. Disconnect the two harnesses from the connector
3. Remove the six screws, then remove the AC-214
Main chassis assembly

4. Attach the AC-214 board in the reverse order of steps
(CN506) on the PS-616 board and the connector
(CN1) on the AC-214 board.
