Troubleshooting
• The freezer door washer may be d rty, worn out, broken or not properly settled.
>>> Clean or replace the washer. Damaged / torn door washer w ll cause the
product to run for longer per ods to preserve the current temperature.
Shaking or noise.
• The ground s not level or f rm. >>> If the product s shak ng when moved slowly,
adjust the feet to balance the product. Also make sure the ground s suff c ently
f rm to bear the product.
• Any tems placed on the product may cause no se. >>> Remove any tems placed
on the product.
The product is making noise of liquid flowing, spraying etc.
• The product's operat ng pr nc ples nvolve l qu d and gas flows. >>> Th s s normal
and not a malfunct on.
There is sound of wind blowing coming from the product.
• The product uses a fan for the cool ng process. Th s s normal and not a
malfunct on.
There is condensation on the product's internal walls.

a malfunct on.
• The doors were opened frequently or kept open for long per ods. >>> Do not
open the doors too frequently; f open, close the door.
• The door may be ajar. >>> Fully close the door.
There is condensation on the product's exterior or between the doors.

The interior smells bad.

sponge, warm water and carbonated water.
