Troubleshooting

Cause
Water loss in the house-

Pump is too weak
No water in the suction wa-
ter of the pump

Specifications

Remedy
Check screws and taps/ valves for
leaks.
Check screws and taps/ valves for
leaks.
Use a pump of >2.0 bar pressure.
Remove the air from the suction area
according to the operating instructions
of the pump.
Press reset key, pump will be switched
on for 15 seconds.You can press reset
again if one restart is not enough.
Pull out the mains plug and clean the
suction area
Check fuses and electrical connections
