ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENTS
WARNING:
● Prior to assembly and adjustment, always
remove the battery pack.
● Always switch off the tool before
inserting or removing the battery pack.
WARNING: Use only D
packs and chargers.
Inserting and Removing the
Battery Pack from the Tool (fi g. A2)
WARNING: To reduce the risk of
serious personal injury, turn tool
off and disconnect battery pack
before making any adjustments or
removing/installing attachments or
accessories. An accidental start-up can
cause injury.
NOTE: Make sure your battery pack (7) is fully
charged.
TO INSTALL THE BATTERY PACK INTO THE TOOL HANDLE
1. Align the notch inside the tool's handle with the
battery pack (fig. A2).
2. Slide the battery pack firmly into the handle until
you hear the lock snap into place.
TO REMOVE THE BATTERY PACK FROM THE TOOL
1. Press the release buttons (8) and firmly pull the
battery pack out of the tool handle.
2. Insert battery pack into the charger as described
in the charger section of this manual.
Inserting and removing bits (fi g. A1 & B)
● Pull the sleeve (5) backwards and insert the
screwdriver (11) or drill bit (12).
● Release the sleeve.
● To remove the bit, pull the sleeve backwards
and pull the bit out of the holder.
Swivelling the tool head (fi g. C)
The head of the tool can be swivelled for optimum
versatility.
● Press the release button (3).
● Swivel the tool head into the desired position.
● Release the button.

Selecting the operating mode or adjusting the
torque (fi g. D)
The collar of this tool has 15 positions for the
adjustment of the torque to suit the size of the
screw and the workpiece material. For torque
adjustment, refer to the section "Screwdriving".
● Select the drilling mode or torque by aligning
the symbol or number on the collar (4) with the
indicator (13) on the housing.

Forward/reverse slider (fi g. E)
● To select forward or reverse rotation, use the
forward/reverse slider (2) as shown (see arrows
on tool).
Prior to Operation
● Make sure your battery pack is (fully) charged.
● Insert the appropriate bit.
● Select forward or reverse rotation.

Proper Hand Position (fi g. F)
Proper hand position requires one hand on the main
handle (14) as shown.
Switching on and off (fi g. E)
● To run the tool, press the variable speed switch
(1). The pressure exerted on the variable speed
switch determines the tool speed.
WARNING: Always wait until the motor
has come to a complete standstill before
changing the direction of rotation.
WARNING: Always observe the safety
instructions and applicable regulations.
WARNING: To reduce the risk

tool off and disconnect tool from
power source before making any
adjustments or removing/installing
attachments or accessories.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious

hand position as shown.
