    2 General Information 2.1 Road traffic 77352 2 General Information 2.1 Road traffic In addition to his driving licence, the operator must always carry the copy of the vehicle type approval reg- istration issued by the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (the German Federal Motor Vehicle Executive). A warning triangle and, on machines over 4 t permissible total weight, at least one wheel chock must always be car- ried on the combine.

    • Be especially careful when working on the accu- mulators! Accumulators are under high pressure! • With valve-controlled hydraulic accumulators – as for example on the CLAAS Autopilot – first slacken the short-circuit bolt before carrying out any repair work at the hydraulic accumulator. This is necessary to relieve the hydraulic pressure.
