Solution
Check the windows device manager for device conflicts
or errors. Go to www.hp.com/photosmart and
click on "Technical Support" for more information.
Unlock the photo.
For sharp focus, if possible, ask the subject to stay still.
Hold the camera steady as you press the shutter
button.
The camera's Auto Focus range is 2 feet (60cm) from
the front of the lens to infinity. For a clear, sharp image,
make sure your subject is not closer than 2 feet (60cm)
or use the Macro mode.
