Adjustment and replacement
To remove
1
Remove floor console and floor air ducts.

Remove fascia.
(see Book 9 for reference on steps 1 and 2).
3
Remove 1 bolt from floor mounted bracket,
located on the bottom right hand side of the
heater.
4
Depressurise the cooling system.
5
Remove air intake pipe.
6
Remove wiper arm.
7
Remove scuttle grill.
(see Book 11 for reference).
8
Clamp the matrix inlet and outlet pipes.
