IC 24 Nos. 8, 9, 17 and 18 pins signal outputs
are normal? (See waveform diagrams 2 and 3)

IC34 Nos 6 and 7 pins signal inputs are
normal? (See waveform diagrams 4 and 5.)

IC34 No. 58 pins signal output is at H level
(DC+5V)?
