  • Page 8 ITALIANO 1 - Descrizione del Mobile Le vetrine refrigerate CASTOR WOOD sono costruite in moduli, non canalizzabili, di lunghezza utile interna da 1222mm (MODELLO 125). Il mobile sopracitato sfrutta un sistema di refrigerazione ventilata ad aria forzata con unità incorporata.
  • Page 9 Quando si carica un banco già parzialmente carico di merce (oltre a rispettare i punti sopra indicati) è buona norma introdurre le nuove derrate alimentari sotto quelle già esistenti. i serie i banchi CASTOR WOOD montano un comando elettronico, la regolazione del termostato e la carica del gas sono impostate in fabbrica , la manomissione delle impostazioni declina il costruttore da ogni responsabilità.

Durante l’esecuzione degli interventi manut entivi i preposti sono tenuti ad operare nel rispetto delle indicazioni riportate sul manuale di istruzioni per l’uso. Prima di effettuare una qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione ELETTRICA o MEC CANICA sul banco frigorifero, il tecnico preposto deve assicurarsi che sia stata tolta la tensione di alimentazione.

Pendant l'exécution des officiers de maintenance sont nécessaires pour fonctionner en conformité avec les instructions contenues dans le mode d'emploi.   • Page 28 Beim Auffüllen einer schon teilweise befüllten Theke (zusätzlich zur Beachtung der oben aufgeführten Punkte) ist es angebracht, die frischen Lebensmittel unter die schon vorhandenen zu legen. Die Vitrinen CASTOR WOOD sind serienmäßig mit einer elektronischen Temperaturregelung ausgestattet, die Einstellung vom Thermostat und die Gasbefüllung sind schon im Herstellerwerk erfolgt, ein Eingreifen auf diese Einstellungen enthebt den Hersteller von jeglicher Verantwortung.
  • Page 29 Bitte prüfen Sie das automatische Abtauen der Kühltheken in regelmäßigen Zeitabständen und rufen Sie bei Betriebsstörungen einen Fachmann. Die Kühltheken CASTOR WOOD sind mit einem automatischen Verdampfungssystem des Kondenswassers ausgestattet. Es empfiehlt sich wenigstens einmal monatlich den Stand in der Verdampfungsschale im Motorraum zu ontrollieren (bei ausgeschalteter Kühltheke).

  • Page 32 Installation, Wartung Die Installation der Kühlmöbel sowie Wartungsarbeiten müssen durch qualifizierte Techniker durchgeführt werden. Während der Wartung sollen die Techniker die Anweisungen der Bedienungsanleitung beachten. Bevor evtl. mechanische oder elektrische Wartung auf dem Kühlschrank, der zuständige Techniker müssen sicherstellen, dass kein Strom gibt. Die Techniker verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten, die auf die Komponenten oder innere Bestandteile arbeiten sollen, sind der mechanischen Gefährdungen ausgesetzt.

Las vitrinas disfrutan de un sistema de refrigeración ventilada por aire forzado con compresor inco rporado y no se pueden unir en canal.
  • Page 35 Cuando se carga una exhibidora que está ya parcialmente llena de mercancía, además de respetar los niveles teriormente indicados, conviene colocar los nuevos productos debajo de los que ya estaban expuestos. Las ex hibidoras CASTOR WOOD traen montado de serie un control electrónico; también la regulación del termostat o y la carga de gas llegan configuradas de fábrica.
  • Page 36 Las exhibidoras CASTOR WOOD están dotadas de un sistema de evaporación automática del agua de desescarche. Conviene controlar por lo menos una vez al mes el nivel de la cubeta evaporante situada en el hueco del motor (esta operación hay que realizarla con la cámara apagada).
